The Connecticut Chiropractic Association created a Scholarship in honor of Dr. Marino (Bud) Passero leadership of the chiropractic profession to encourage and support our young, upcoming doctors in becoming leaders in the mold of Dr. Passero.

Dr. Passero embodied the role of  a "servant leader", as he not only was president of this Association, but was appointed by the Governor as Chairman of the Connecticut Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He also served with distinction on the Council of Chiropractic Education in the vital role as the Chairman of Accreditation.  His work was pioneering and he blazed a path for many to follow. He was a mentor to many and will never be forgotten.

This Scholarship is awarded to a deserving doctor who has been practicing or graduated less than 10 years to support their leadership education,experience and training.
